You used or altered it in any way. All returned items are carefully inspected for wear and tear signs.

You opened a sealed package.

It became damaged after you tried it on.

Basically, if it is no longer in the EXACT same condition that it arrived to you, it will not be eligible for a refund. Comments/Notes do not flow into our system and can't be viewed by us. Please send us a message instead.
